My name is Jennifer Hawkins I am the owner and driving force behind Revive, a Therapeutic Aromatherapy practice based in the beautiful market town of Shrewsbury, Shropshire.

The idea for Revive was formed in 2004 whilst stuck in an early morning traffic jam, in the pouring rain going to do stressful job I loathed! The final straw for me was a very stressful OFSTED in a cold January the first week back after the Christmas holidays. During that time I discovered Aromatherapy and realised how tense and stressed out I really was. I gave up my job as Head of English in a Secondary school and followed my dream. Two years later Revive was founded. Through Therapeutic Aromatherapy I hope to bring some tranquillity, harmony and balance to the lives of others like me in that traffic jam and in need of some time out.

I trained at ITHMA Gabriel Mojay the author of Aromatherapy for Healing the Spirit. My training was comprehensive and included Anatomy and Physiology, Massage, Essential Oil Chemistry, Aromatherapy and Traditional Chinese Medicine.

I am a fully qualified member of the IFPA a professional bodythat recognises Aromatherapists who have undertaken training to the highest standards. Members of IFPA adhere to a strict code of ethics to ensure that optimum standards of professional integrity, confidentiality and health care are maintained at all times.
